To get the service clients: MUST bring the Original Degree/Diploma and Student Copy in person. If delegation, in addition to the Original Degree/Diploma and Student Copy the delegate  MUST come with the original official delegation letter from the recognized legal service. Renewed Identification Card/Passport is required. For domestic destination 300 birr and for abroad destination 60 dollar payment receipt.

This service is will only be provided for those who studied at the Othoniel College, for those currently working at the College. To get the service clients: Copy of document(s) to be Authenticated and the original document(s).If delegation, in addition to the Copy of document(s) to be authenticated and the original document(s) the delegate MUST come with the original official delegation letter from the recognized legal service. For 3 copies for domestic 3.00 birr for foreign 60.00 dollar.

Official transcript

30 Minutes

 For those who completed in continuing program/ private students For domestic destination 30.00 Birr; for abroad destination if the customer is currently in Ethiopia 5.00 Birr; if the customer is currently living abroad 100.00 dollar payment receipt. The address where by the official transcript will be send should be clearly written at the back of the payment receipt.

Degree/Diploma/Student Copy/Certificate

20 Minutes

For the First Time For those fully served his/her commitment. Renewed ID/Passport. If delegation, the delegate MUST come with the original official delegation letter from the recognized legal service.

 For the Second Time In addition to all the requirements stated under above, the client requesting the degree/diploma/student copy/certificate/ for the second time evidence from the recognized legal service that the degree/diploma/student copy lost. Receipt for the stated service payment. If the request is original degree, the payment adds for the print.

Changing Name that is approved by the recognized legal service.

Currently at study, but not for graduating class student. From the recognized legal service, decision that approved the name change. Service payment 100.00 birr and for ID preparation 30.00 birr original receipt.

Birth Date Amendment from the transcript  

If the difference is not that much exaggerated (less than one year), you can get the service by fulfilling the following requirements: Birth Certificate Service payment 100.00 birr original receipt. Return the previous transcript. Renewed ID/Passport.
